Happy Birthday Amber! My niece turned 24 and works as a vet tech at Rowley's in Springfield while going to school to be a vet. I took her for a birthday ride on Roger. It was a little chilly but no bugs...nice Fall day.

Away we go...things went well so we rode to the top of Mount Pattaquattic.

Happy Halloween! Danni put out a treat bat bag so visitors can give Nikki a healthy snack for the holiday.

We've had some cold mornings and the ice is starting to appear on the troughs in the mornings. Today was the time to clean them out and install the Winter heating elements. They use a bit of electricity but the horses always have water. I think when its real cold they appreciate the drink for warmth as well as thirst.

Susan and I had a fun time on the trails and I am planning to come out tomorrow morning 10:00 AM with my 2 horses again and Jayne will be riding Bonnie this time. Just wanted to let you know! I have to squeeze in all the trail rides I can before it gets to sloppy and cold out there! Thanks, Vicky
